From a system point of view, our servers are updated with operating system, program and security patches no less than once a month. Occassionally, a particular type of attack method, known as a 'zero-day-threat' emerges, and after evaluating the potential for it to damage our systems, may update immediately.

Security of information we hold and what you can do to protect your information

Access to any form of personal information on the site is strictly controlled by the visitors access rights.

Your information is only available to registered users residing in your immediate street. This information is used by your neighbours to contact you in the event of an emergency. However, should you wish, you also have the option to withhold this information and may do so under the Membership > Your profile menu option when you are logged on.

Over and above your immediate neighbours access to your information, your , and Committee Members may also view it.
